Called Handyman sometime in late February about fixing a locked French door. A few days later The Operations/Manger came out to look at the door and was told me it could be repaired and he made several phone calls to various places about getting the necessary parts. Unfortunately the only place to get a new locking mechanism was from the original manufacturer, Pella Corporation.
I contacted Pella, and one of there associates was able to determine the mechanism needed even for a 30 year old door. Ordered the new mechanism, but was told it would take until 20 March until ot would arrive. Upon arrival of the new mechanism, I contacted Handyman again to set up a repair...read full review
We had Mr. Glen Davis stop by and assist with a few caulking jobs. He was polite and professional and did a great clean job on the house! Will definitely be calling back in the future as needed!
Jimmy was our technician. We got a text he ws on his way and he arrived on time. We had several things we requested he fix and he completed them all the same day, within 2 hours, since he had to get parts. I'm definitely adding them to my list for future projects. Thank you Jimmy!
