when I first went to the office everyone was really nice, clean office, the dentist was nice. I had knee surgery last January, and I needed to take a pre-med before any dental work is done. We moved to Elberton GA, but I decided to keep this as my dental home. The day of my appointment I left Elberton and was in Augusta when I realized I forgot my prescription. I called the office immediately and asked if the doctor could call the pharmacy, I was told she wasn't in, and I told them I would call my primary doctor. They weren't in to call in the prescription. If I could give this review zero stars, I would. Let me tell you about my experience with this dentist. I went to Dr. Manhiani for long-awaited and desired dental care (my employment takes me away for months, sometimes a year or more) but while I had a break I decided to start my dental care. After doing the evaluation, she went over what would be the treatment plan. I agreed with the treatment plan on the condition that my replacement dental appliance would reflect how my teeth have been all my adult life which is with a gap. I had a scheduled appointment that I canceled. Then when a family member visited the clinic they bullied the family member to pay fees for the canceled appointment. This is very rude. Watch out before they auto-book your appointment and then charge you if you do not show up.
