“I have been dealing with Creighton Laircey for over 30 years. The staff has always been great to deal starting with Diane and the technicians dispatched to the home. My last need was on a Friday when the upstairs temp was going up instead of down. With the maintenance plan you get priority dispatch and someone was out same day and located a leak in the evaporator coil. Anthony came to visit with me same day, suggested various levels of systems and answered all my questions.
Today we had the entire system replayed due to age and concerns of converting soon to a new refrigerant. Louis and Joseph dispatched today, arrived on time and kept me informed of the entire process and when they expected to be finished. Louis has installed other systems for us, exceeds at customer satisfaction and quality of work completed. There have been ZERO issues with any work he has done for us. Jospeh was a new face at our home today but as well exceeded at sharing any information I requested as well as working diligently to work as a team with Louis to ensure there was “cold AC” flowing again from the vents.
I realize it’s a long post but the summary is that the Creighton Laircey team excels in the HVAC business and customer satisfaction.“

“Our a/c unit stopped cooling on Monday!! I called Atlas and got Ashley, she was very professional and sweet!!! She told us, she could get a tech out that same day!!! So Jeremy showed up to the house and was knowledgeable and professional and very personable!!!He fixed our unit, and we are cooling again!! He also let us know of some of the other issues that our 12 year old system had, and suggested that we look into a whole new system. We asked for an estimate because we knew it was almost time for a new system! Cory came out Wednesday and gave us an estimate and we are very happy with the service and estimate!!!
