“Aaron and his team with MEGAH SoftWash did an excellent job washing my home and back patio. He took the extra time to cover my doors and Ring Doorbell Camera to be sure that nothing was damaged. I just assumed that my gutters needed cleaning out, therefore I added this service to my order, however when Aaron arrived he noticed that all of my gutters were clear and did not require cleaning therefore he omitted this service and deducted the cost from my overall bill. Aaron could have charged me for this and I would never have know, however he is obviously an honest man and works for a company who values honesty! “I recently had major damage to my fascia and soffits. I called several places, but no one returned my calls. Even though Mr. Raborn thought my number was a "telemarketer," he answered. When I explained the situation, he immediately set up a date and time for an estimate. My repairs were small, but I felt he treated me as if I was a major project that would be worth tens of thousands of dollars. He worked the project himself and noticing that I had lost some soffits around a dormer, he gave me a quote to fix it. I accepted his offer, because quotes were well within the ranges that I had determined on the internet, for my area. The quality of his work was unparalleled, and for both of the repairs his craftsmanship was better than the house's original construction. NOW, for me the truly important factors in customer service are integrity, reliability and honesty. Mr. Raborn demonstrated them all as he completed my repairs. He continually informed me of when he would be returning to complete tasks, and if he had a delay, he would address it openly. He seemed to have, at all times, my interest in mind, and he went into detailed discussions about the reasons he chose to complete a repair. He'd then let me choose, which option I wanted him to execute. I don't believe, nor do I wish to have any other roof repairs, soon. “I did hire Jones Roofing, Windows and Siding to work on my sister's house. They did replace the roof, fixed the fascia, and covered the fascia, the chimney, the back wall, the car port and the outside ceilings with vinyl siding. Most roofing companies I called told me that they only replace/fix the roof but do not touch anything below the roof such as the fascia. Most old roofs have rotten wood problem around the fascia, so not touching the fascia is a minus for a roofing company, in my opinion. I was impressed by the Jones' Roofing holistic approach to fix a roof. They also replaced all our windows and outside doors. Mr Billy Jones, the owner of the company is a very nice and professional person, who is timely and is extremely fair with his pricing. His company offers great service. His worker, Donald, is the guy that has been working for him over 40 years and he did the siding, window and door replacement work. He works all by himself, is very punctual, very clean and precise. Highly recommend this company! I am very pleased by their high quality and very competitive prices.“

“I had a metal roof installed by Augusta Roof and Siding. instead of using full length panels for the roof they used pre cut panels that required a seam in the middle of the roof. The seam started leaking within months of the install. Contacted Will, he was extremely rude and tried to charge me for repairs. He said there was no warranty on the work. Stay away from this company. They are horrible.“
