If I could give more stars I would. The absolute fantastic service and finished work I have seen on any work I have had done as a home owner for 36 years. Completely turned very damaged wood floors into beautiful ones. Highly skilled workmanship and excellent customer service. The best anyone could ask for .
Lakeside did a fantastic job refinishing my floors. They went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted, and the finished job was excellent. They are the most accessible contractor I've worked with regarding texting and getting replies, being on schedule, and at the best price. After they were finished, they even went out of their way to put down protection so other contractors didn't damage them.
Cameron, the owner, was very responsive to my requests to preserve the vintage look & feel of my heart pine floors. It was important to retain the 80 years of natural aging and patina several generations had given the old growth pine floors in my historic home. I am a woodworker and very picky when it comes to my preservation projects. Cameron filled, sanded, and finished the floors to my specifications. He shared his experience and knowledge during the process and achieved a finished product way above my expectations. Lakeside is my "go-to" now for all my flooring projects.
