Lakeside did a fantastic job refinishing my floors. They went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted, and the finished job was excellent. They are the most accessible contractor I've worked with regarding texting and getting replies, being on schedule, and at the best price. After they were finished, they even went out of their way to put down protection so other contractors didn't damage them.

Cameron, the owner, was very responsive to my requests to preserve the vintage look & feel of my heart pine floors. It was important to retain the 80 years of natural aging and patina several generations had given the old growth pine floors in my historic home. I am a woodworker and very picky when it comes to my preservation projects. Cameron filled, sanded, and finished the floors to my specifications. He shared his experience and knowledge during the process and achieved a finished product way above my expectations. Lakeside is my "go-to" now for all my flooring projects. We had Cameron install new hardwood floors in our kitchen and dining area. Because we couldn't get white oak at the time, we got red oak and stained it in a darker color to contrast the living area. Not sure it would look good we were hesitant. With Cameron's guidance we got as close a match to the grain and size, and with that the floor looked great. He did a satin finish, so no high gloss, and it worked out great! Have sold the house since and recommended a friend use him for their floors which they did, and a completely different style floor was put in to match the lake houses around Lake Hartwell - knotty pine, and they turned out gorgeous!
