This an amazing place for overall physical health. I wish I had learned about it sooner so my mom could join. The staff is super friendly and the private PT sessions for my mom are great. I love that they have a pool. I highly recommend joining. It’s a big bang for your money with all the health services and classes offered.
Great place, the staff is friendly. I love the pool workout classes and swimming pool all in all. Not crowded. Kids' zone has the best nannies (Heather is the best)! There are two saunas in dressing rooms, and jacuzzi. Also, they offer nice massages!
