Carsen did an amazing job on my balayage and cut! It was years since I had been to see a stylist. I was so pleased with the results. As this was my first appointment with her, she really took the time to hear what I wanted, as you can see quite a transformation. I had every confidence that I would be happy with my new look. Carsen is so professional and knowledgeable in her craft. So blessed to have her as my new stylist. Bailey did great at the shampoo bowl, she is apprenticing under Carsen… lucky girl! My appointment with Kayla was the absolute best! Let me tell you, the care and thought she put into my hair was magical. Not just the color (which was beautifully done), but sweet heavens, the scalp massage.Goosebumps, people.Kayla gave solid advice during our consult and asked thoughtful questions to ensure our visions aligned. I wish I could remember the assistant's name (sorry!), but she was awesome and took great care of me. For real, I left feeling pretty for the first time in ages, and my husband loved the new look.
