They showed this by, checking on me regularly as different tests where being done, their very friendly beside manner, regularly checking on my vitals as I was in pain, and talking with me thoroughly and supportively about my diagnosis. Ms. Sameerah especially stood out for her dedication to my well-being. If I am in an urgent care situation again, I will definitely be going back to this place.“

“We received a call from the early morning dr. saying our cat was doing poorly and was very sick. We were offered plasma transfusion or humane euthanasia. With the clear emphasis on the euthanasia as the correct choice. In retrospect we feel we let the cat down by not doing the plasma and the better choice would have been to recommend the plasma perhaps at a reduced rate as we already had spent 3000 plus on the emergency service. We still don't know how much the plasma would have cost. With that being said the two dr's we dealt with were excellent and the front desk was outstanding. Just a feeling that we should have at least tried the plasma. thanks“
