The staff are very loving and caring and really care And are extremely helpful and conscientious of your pets and you which I consider mine family she’s my baby girl and they have been completely exceptional and have gone above like I agree with the other person above and beyond and I want to thank them so much and also others if they read this thank them help them support them for what they do. They’re amazing. All of them are wonderful. I can’t thank them enough.
My wife took our new dog here who is a big puppy so it’s kind of hard for her to control her right now with a 2 year old baby as well. She also realized our 2 year old had no shoes on when she got there. She called inside and they were nice enough to come get the puppy from the car so my wife could get the baby. My wife said everyone was wonderful while inside and when she was done they came out to the car to get our payment and brought her a receipt back out. I don’t expect this type of service anywhere anymore so this is truly a pleasant surprise especially as it helped my wife a ton. If you LOVE your furry one, Town and Country West Veterinary Clinic is where you should take them for care that you cannot give yourself! The staff here are so so pleasant and the doctors are also very caring about your pet. Dr. Reynolds has been the doctor for my lil Yorkie and his heart issues and she and her assistant have gone above the normal to help me with his issues. That means value to me. Please consider this veterinary for the proper care of your dog, you won't be disappointed !!!!
