My one bedroom rental condo needed to be freshened up. It had been nine years so I called in this company to paint everything walls, ceilings, and trim. To give it a like new look. The good news is, it was done and yes, it looks like new! The quality of the work was excellent! I went through the condo with a bright light in hand, looking for flaws and found None! These painters were real craftsman and if you appreciate that sort of thing, the value is there.
They did a great job of restoration in some areas and just general repair in others areas. I would definitely hire them again! Living rm? Dining rm. entry way and loft for a great price!
Honestly, we got what we paid for. The owner Abner walked me around the house during my quote & showed me everything they’d fix and trouble spots my builder Pulte homes left unsealed that caused wood to rot on a home that was only 5 years old. Abner’s crew sealed all of the boards on my house to keep water from seeping in and replaced all of our rotting boards for a price that was almost $2,000 cheaper than others we were quoted by. Top Choice Painters even came back once more to touch up some spots we noticed.Abner does customer service extremely well.
