I never leave reviews for anything, but I am making an exception for this. Last year my landlord told me that they were going to sell the house that I have been living in for the past 10 years. So I got online and started looking for places to rent and was amazed at the outrageous pricing for a two bedroom apartment was. And I got depressed because I couldn’t afford they asking price and so of my other bills. And, so I got to thinking that if I’m going to pay that much for an apartment I might as well see if I could buy a home and possibly have a small amount. Because, it was that or I was going to move up north and live with my mom for a while. So, was talking to my boss about my situation and what my plans were. And my boss recommended that I contacted Tom Heyer because he helped her a few years ago. So I contacted Tom and he got on this right away. I just closed on it this week and I couldn’t be happier. Tom made this journey effortlessly and painlessly. When I started this journey I was nervous and scared cause I’ve never bought a house before. But, he made my nervousness go away and I was no longer scared. Tom made the whole process of buying a home simple. There was very little for me to do. I would send him the things that he needed and he always answered the phone when ever I call. And there were some bumps down the road he was there to guide me through it. Tom is upbeat and has a great personality. If you’re looking for a mortgage broker then Tom is your man. Thank you Tom for all that you did.
