This is a rip off scam company, they were selling tickets at Eventbrite as Luxxe Studio for eyebrow lamination class in NYC, they cancelled the class in the last minute on December 15. They said they refunded me, never got the money, they even cancelled my refund on PayPal. I file a claim at BBB because this establishment has to be stopped. Never called me just texts.

I was supposed to get classes with them for lash extensions. never did I ever attend the class cause the first time they gave me a wrong address. than I get rescheduled and then they canceled on me cause the instructor was pregnant and tried to get me rescheduled and I ask for my deposit and never got it back.

This is some type of instructor Ponzi scheme that hires people to teach courses in different cities. The only problem is that the instructor never contacts you and you may be out hours and time after showing up to a course where there is no instructor. I ran into this issue and the instructor was very rude to me when trying to receive a refund I would not waste my time if I were you! Very petty and nasty!!!!
