I’ve long been a customer of Tidal Wave and have multiple Five Star experiences at other metro Atlanta locations. They have a great business model that promotes leadership through training and offers great investment opportunities for their team members.
My best experiences with Tidal Wave are consistently at this location. Team members are friendly, well trained, and provide a good customer experience. The highlight of this team and location is Jessica. She always offers a genuinely sincere greeting on first sight. She is attentive to her customers and is always willing to offer assistance.
The car was is great but the service is even better. Hopefully Jessica is there when you go she’s always got a smile on her face, makes sure you’ve got everything you need, and that your mats get pressure washed for you. She also helped me get my billing straightened out when I had to replace my debit card. Aside from that I use the monthly service which is good at all their locations whether it’s a quick wash and go or a thorough cleaning definitely recommend their locations and hours are convenient for those who work lots of hours such as myself.
