Troubleshooting the refrigerator problem was quick. Repairman was efficient. Diagnosed and identified the problem. He explained the solution. Gave us the cost information. Made the repair. He collected payment. Thanked us and went on his way.

I called The Appliance Doctor for my second time this week for my gas range. Like 5 years ago when they successfully replaced the oven ignitor, I was hoping the current problem was the same and could be easily replaced. Matt Smith arrived on schedule and proceeded to diagnose. Unfortunately, the issue this time was a relay on a circuit board that is discontinued by Whirlpool. (I independently confirmed this.) Matt offered a solution that would require the failed board to be sent out of state for refurb repair, but I declined because the numbers were such that a new gas range made more sense financially.
