I loved this service. Russell kept in touch with me about my appointment several days in advance and then called at 30 minutes out. He did an outstanding job and even had a screen to put at the front door that kept the air conditioning in, the bugs out and let his hoses come in easily. I would recommend this service to anyone.
Excellent. Very professionally done. He had equipment to protect the staircase, walls, etc…. He also covered the entrance to the open door to prevent bugs and debris from coming into our home. The carpets look and feel great. Technician was friendly and efficient. Five star service
Russell was amazing! I called and requested services and he was able to come and clean my couch within 3 hours! Now that is customer service. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had (although I didn’t have many questions due to how he explained everything prior). My couch is like new and will definitely be using Steam N Fresh again.
