The customer service here is absolutely amazing. Jemima and Tiffany both went above and beyond to make sure that I not only got the perfect prescription but the perfect fit, style, AND price for my budget. They explained why my prescription had changed slightly, what each number meant, AND when I told them I had gotten an incorrect prescription and pupillary distance at another location years ago, they let me trial the script before making the lenses. They were both incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable and helped abate my anxiety. 100/10 experience
The staff at Stanton Optical on Roswell Rd in Marietta are wonderful. Theo is super knowledgeable, smart & friendly. He guided me through the eye exam process & Jemima fitted me with Ultra lenses, eliminating the need for readers. I’m amazed & so grateful! I highly recommend: I’d award 5 out of 5 stars for the team here & 5 stars for this location, too!
Tiffany was the best. She worked with me and my budget. She is a kind person and I’m so glad I went here instead of listening to my mom and going to Walmart . Great customer service. Definitely come here and let Tiffany take care of you too !!! Highly recommend !!!!!!
