Sacred Garden Yoga

I enjoy yoga on Saturdays with Julie. She helps with my posture and is always great to talk to afterwards. I've been coming every Saturday for the past month and has enjoyed every session. I'm enrolled in ClassPass so I'm not exactly sure how much is per session, but I assume it's reasonable. The studio is a bit smaller than some of there places I've been, so make sure to sign up early. I would recommend this place for yoga.

I hadn't been to a yoga class in over 3 years until I visited last week. My instructor was Julie and she was very helpful. She asked me if I had any injuries that she could help me with and provided me with tips for accommodating them. Everyone was very friendly. I hope to be able to become a regular here.

Best yoga teacher Cindy. The studio is amazing full of good and vibrant energy, peaceful , clean , the perfect studio . Friendly and diverse community , the classes are real yoga classes.
