I'm very pleased with Roto Rooter. They came highly recommended by a friend who was more than confident that they could get the job done without cutting my pipes. My specialist, Thang & his student Apprentice were able to work together to get my kitchen drain unclogged. I was told by another company, that tracing my pipes, removing sheet rock ceiling & cutting the pipes was my only solution. Thang also shared with me care & best practices to help minimize buildup & how to keep the drain flowing & he also advised if plumbing grease builds up in the future tracing the pipe and cutting may be the resolution. Thanks Roto Rooter!
Our plumbing problem was addressed by Thang and Cedrick. They did a fantastic, prompt job. Their supervisor Michael was also here adding valuable input. I would call them for future plumbing issues.
Shane did an excellent job with explaining all the options to repair a leak in one of our pipes, and tried to offer the most cost efficient solution. He completed the job quickly and was incredibly friendly, making sure to answer any questions I had and triple checked his work before leaving.
