I've been coming to Rogue Hair Studio every 6 weeks for the past year for vivid color appointments. I'm very picky about who I have to do my hair. I don't know why it's taken me so long to review Melissa but Rogue is the best! I've been seeing her off and on for years. She's done everything from normal blonds, deep browns, pastel, and gorgeous vivid colors on my hair.
