Great place, great hours also great service! Ron is a awasome guy who will welcome you with open arms. super friendly and nice owner. Only came for a day pass and felt like I was apart of somthing.
Great gym! They have everything I need barbells, squat rack, smith machine, dumbells 5-100 lbs, cables, and all your standard bodybuilding machines. Its never too crowded and the staff are nice. I highly recommend.
I have been a member for over 10 years and this is by far the best gym around! I have recently moved and although I am an hour away, it is worth the drive for their Les Mills classes and amazing instructors. I love that it is never over crowded and it feels like your amongst friends when you are there. The atmosphere is fun and I look forward to going which is key to sticking with any workout. The new management has stepped up and improved all aspects of the gym.
