This was the shortest time I have ever had to wait at an urgent care. I was able to get a same day appointment within the hour. I was called back and treated promptly. They were polite and helpful. I would highly recommended this facility and I would come back. Thank you for the great care and the great customer service.

I had a great experience with Piedmont Urgent Care; from the time I walked in the building. The receptionist were polite and professional, she completed the intake information promptly. Within 5 minutes or less I was called back to a room. The tech took my blood pressure, temperature and pulse, she then explained that the doctor would be in shortly. The technician was also polite and confident. The doctor came in, she completed the assessment and determined my diagnosis. The doctor was knowledgeable, professional, proficient and prompt. Thank you Piedmont Urgent Care on Dallas Road!!

Saw Andrew and he was amazing as were the entire staff. You go into an Urgent Care facility expecting a long wait (maybe not as long as the ER) but not here. There process moved nicely like clockwork. Was in and out and even had X-rays in about an hour total! I had broken bones in my foot and toe, and the lady actually came out and brought the cards and paperwork for payment, back and forth to me! I didn’t even need to ask … she went above and beyond on her own! ?????? This is an excellent facility and an amazing staff that is knowledgeable and friendly!! I would give “10 stars” to all of you!!!
