Crystal is awesome! She was very kind and courteous. You can really tell she knows what she's doing. I was able to get my auto loan closed the same day and she made it very easy.The store manager, Charles, is also great! He helped throughout the process and was also very knowledgeable. Thanks again!

Had a bit of a rocky start with getting them to verify my income, they kept telling me I was declined because they looked at my W-2's for summer jobs and kept reading my paystub incorrectly. It was frustrating. I ended up going to corporate with my complaints and they were very quick to respond and got me set up with a loan the very next day. So I'll definitely give them credit there. Still a very poor first impression, but I'll give it 3 stars. If you end up on the phone with Sarah (I think that's her name) ask to speak to someone else.
