We're a long time customer of Massey for several years now. I recently had a service called in beginning of Spring and with all the rain we got, Massey was able to send someone out to visit our home very quickly. Shout out to Logan Brown for taking the time to walk through my house and identify potential spots out in our back yard with entry for pests. He spent time to explain options that I can on my own to prevent pests entering my home. I never had issues with Massey not delivering good customer service. Highly recommend if you're looking for Pest and Termite Services.
Our initial service tech., Ashley, was very lovely! She provided great information, advice, and transparency about the services that they provide for pest, mosquito, and termite protection.
