What can I say about Craig and Mr Ric. ( as well as the ladies I talked to on the phone. ) I could lie -but I won't. I had an unexpected electrical issue that happened ( and of course the timing was definitely not good. ) Everyone was so polite and friendly. They all went above and beyond to help me with the situation. They looked out for me in every aspect. Craig and Mr Ric was able to fix ( replace actually) my meter box and wiring. They were very professional - yet down to earth folks. I will definitely contact Majestic for any future issues that may arise.
Ken Marzec was absolutely amazing. My bathroom was remodeled 1.5 years ago and the toilet installation placed over the new tile was absolutely the worst work I have ever seen. This resulted in leaks throughout my downstairs. Through his vast knowledge and experience Ken Was able to correct this issue which I am quite sure your average plumber would not have been able to do. I cannot thank him enough! If you use Majestic Plumbing, please request Ken, you will not be disappointed!
UPDATE: Things got worse before they got better. Majestic scheduled an appointment a few days in the future to have the plumber re-add the pressure regulator (See Below), but two days before that appointment, the initial valve replacement by the plumber sprung a leak...no idea how long water was leaking that day running down the street to the storm gutter. I managed to turn off the water, but took some pictures and called Majestic again.
Majestic's operators/schedulers were always polite and helpful and didn't give me any push back. They scheduled a different plumber to come out and repair their first plumber's job the next morning.... read full review
