I been this M&S Laundromat since 2017 and I remember the old washing machine and I really like the new washing machine and drying too. It's some nice people who washing their clothing too..

I had to find a local laundromat after the washer at our long-term AirBnB couldn't handle a large comforter at our place. I saw M&S Coin Laundry had pretty good ratings and decided to visit, and I'm glad I did. Mary, who was working there when we came in, was extremely kind and welcoming to everyone who came in. She told me to please feel free to ask her if I had any questions for her after I mentioned it was my first time there. When I had questions, she answered them graciously.The place was extra clean, very professional looking, had all kinds of laundry services, and even had the ability to pay online for washing and drying. Such nice manager and clean, reliable laundry machines! Price is reasonable. Our washing machine broke so by the time my husband was trying to trouble shoot time went by and we rushed to go to a place close to our home. We made a wrong turn and detoured and got there 5min after 8pm. Their rule was no new loads after 8pm. Rule is a rule and we understand. We were trying to explain we don't need the dryer but the lady didn't even want to hear it. So we just rushed back in the car and I called M&S Laundry and told the manager I just need the washing machine. She said without hesitation "come on in!"
