The worst braiding experience I have had in a very long time. The braider was rude immediately upon arrival. The room in which I received service was visibly unclean and the location itself was unsafe. She initially attempted to lie and fabricate pricing, and then made negative statements about how painful I should expect the braiding to be. Very sad and unprofessional.She repeatedly ripped out my very coarse 4c hair with a tiny fine tooth comb. I am shocked that in 2022, any remotely knowledgeable technician would use such a tool on my hair type, yet despite my requests to brush appropriately, she persisted.She scalded me with steam several times during the sloppy curling...read full review

Great experience! I needed to get my hair braided quickly and they scheduled me for the next day and I requested two people but didn’t end up needing 2 because Cynthia braided me so fast! And they look beautiful. I’ve gotten plenty of compliments. I highly recommend this salon and Cynthia!Service: Box Braids

This is my first time getting my hair braided and I am more than satisfied. Lee Lee and Lizzy were very professional and clean. It didn’t take long to braid my hair and they weren’t too tight. I hear horror stories about people who need to take Tylenol for the pain cause their hair is braided so tight. I didn’t experience any of this.
