When I first started coming here the staff was great and they did what needed to be done. over the course of the year they are absolutely terrible. They never ever answer phone calls, no staff/low staff so it’s no one to help you or give you time of day. The scheduling is more terrible they never have openings or call you back for sooner or cancelled appointments. It seems like the other is approving this kinda behavior for her business and has done nothing about it .Mariam is the only person I love and I wish she can move to a better facility. They have been so off track. This will be my last time coming here if this happens one more time.

I have been going to this place for about a year, and EJ is my specialist.I can say that she has been a blessing! For starters, you can’t beat the price like at all; she is reasonable and accommodating.Her customer service is amazing as well; I recently got a chemical peel (mind you I have never had one prior). She is informative when it comes to what you can or can’t do, what products to use, and when the process will be completed; she is also very efficient with her services! In and out and answers EVERY question you have. Also, her follow up with clients is top tier.I would recommend her to anyone who is willing to either get laser done or any other services. Since coming to Laser Logic last July, EJ customer service is always on point. She takes the time out to properly educate the clients on the services provided and aftercare. EJs energy is fun and inviting.Services: Neck hair removal
