I highly recommend Jonquil Rug! I found them with a Google search and saw their incredibly positive reviews, and I am happy to add to those with mine. From start to finish, the process was easy, and the turnaround was quick. I have a beautiful wool rug that needed some love after years of use with three kids. Rose immediately got back to me when I sent a request for a quote. I loved that they offered 20% off if you bring the rug to them and pick it up. I was happy to do that to save some additional money. Not only very professional but Cheri was a pleasure to work with. They helped me to clean and prepare my rugs to store for awhile and did the job quickly. Totally a 5-star experience!
Terrific job. I didn’t realize how dirty and stained my light colored rug was until we unrolled it at Jonquil’s showroom. I wasn’t expecting a great result considering the condition when I brought it in. It is not an exaggeration when I say I was shocked to see how great it looked when it was finished.
It was a good 60 year old Nepalese handwoven rug that I was very fond of and it looked better than when I bought from the dealer at ADAC 28 years ago.
It was also finished before it was promised.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I highly recommend.
