The day I dropped off my pc the technician was out that one day and the guy in the front desk was vary nice and gave a form to leave my pc at the store with my number so the technician can call first thing the next morning. The next morning came by and he called and wa nice and upfront with the pricing (costed me $60 USD) a few hours come by I pick up the pc with no problems.“

Before loading files from our old computer they checked our external hard drive for viruses. They were patient and didn't seem to mind going over the basics needed to operate a computer, since we're from a tech challenged generation.“
