“I love three gals so much! They’ve all worked together for, gosh, a couple of decades at this point. This particular location and name-change is newer, but they’ve owned/operated salons together in the area for as long as I can remember… they’ve just continually outgrown their spaces, which is awesome! :) They know their stuff! They travel to/attend conferences/trade events multiple times a year, so they are on top of all of the latest trends and newest techniques. I’m so thrilled they’ve secured this new spacious location and they’ve done an amazing job at remodeling the space and making it their own/comfy and fun for their clients!<br><br>Nealie has been doing my hair for 25 years! She’s been styling my son’s since he was in preschool and he’s about to be 18. She’s done my mother’s for a decade and my aunt drives an hour to have hers done, too. She’s a master at coloring - she is the balayage queen(!!!), coupled with her trims/cuts - we leave feeling like a million bucks!<br><br>The assistants are always cheerful and accommodating and very knowledgeable. Everyone works together perfectly. We’ve been to other salons in the past where we’ve felt rushed or have spent more time being tended to by an assistant other than the stylist and that does not happen a Salon Dekko. The stylists are there for you and give you their time and attention… sometimes I feel like I should be paying them extra for a therapy session - we’re always gabbing away the entire time, lol. Speaking of pricing, theirs seems to be right on par with other well-skilled salons in the area, in my opinion.<br><br>You can tell I can’t speak highly enough of this salon and its owners/stylists… lol. *My review is completely independent of and not prompted by anyone working at the salon, I just randomly ran into my stylist, Nealie, outside of the salon and we had a nice chat, she’s a sweetheart :) and it reminded me that I’ve been meaning to hop on here and leave a review.
