The staff and director (RikiAnne) are exceptional! They provided the most caring, personable and professional approach in guiding us through the entire process. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for funeral services. I consider them now friends of our family. We are so grateful for them.
Excellent service in a beautiful facility. I was very impressed with the team. It was a great experience for cremation services, I did not use other services because they were not needed but was cared for just as well.
My Mom passed away April 11, 2024. I knew immediately to call H.M. Patterson & Son. A former family member worked for them many years ago so I was familiar with their professionalism. Mr. Danny Byars was the manager who assisted me. He was wonderful guiding me through every step. I never felt pressured to purchase unnecessary items. I experienced guidance and support from Danny and the staff there. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend them.
