My lil dude needed specialized surgery. I went to several consults before deciding on Dr. Olsen. The care my dog received here was top notch. The front desk helped ease my anxiety and answered any questions I had the days before surgery. Dr. Olsen kept me informed every step of the way. She made sure I understood post op instructions and that my dog was fit to go home. If this office was closer to me, I’d use them as my regular vet as well. My dog is a little shy and the people are always great with him, giving him time to get comfortable. I like the staff. I like the hours, and the way that they operate. The hours are good, the doctors are understanding. I like that they have my card on file, and that they confirm the appointment online. I like that when I board I can pick him up at 5:00 on Sunday.
We move a lot for work so we’ve used quite a few vets and this one is definitely in my top 3! They’re always so kind, they’re fast and they have a great groomer on location too which is very convenient. I would recommend this vet to everyone.
