We LOVED our experience with Gratitwood. I submitted a mocked up image that I wanted to use for our mudroom and they brought it to life using 3D imagery and worked with us on refining through multiple rounds until the inside was as functional as we needed it to be for our family needs. They are in high demand right now, so the install was definitely a ways out from the design mock up and measurements, but it was worth the wait. We love our mudroom built ins! Gratitwood clearly takes pride and care in the craftsmanship and quality of their work. Their dedication to customer service is exemplary as well. Yes, there was a hiccup or two along the way, like there is with all home projects, but Kobi, Ester and Daeshaun navigated them with us with a courteousness that demonstrated their commitment to their customers. I’m already chewing on ideas for my next project with Gratitwood and would recommend them to anyone looking for custom carpentry.

Gratitwood custom made 2 vanities for our master bathroom and they turned out amazing! From start to finish the communication was great and we love the finished product! Had them custom make 2 drawers for laundry hampers in our secondary vanity since space is tight. Would highly recommend!
