My wife and I were super impressed with this company. From the time that their salesperson ***** visited, everything came together perfectly. First of all, she arrived on time and then took the time to fully understand our needs and explain their product in detail. This was a first time experience at doing a tub to shower remodeling and we were not sure if it was the right thing to do, but she put our minds at ease until we were fully comfortable with proceeding with the work. In May 2024 I received an email from Five Star Bath regarding a renovation special and I contacted them to have a salesperson come to my home. ***** was the salesperson who came to my home and he was very professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I was able to pick out the wall backsplash color/pattern, fixtures, and extras including installing mirrors, toilet paper holders, and medicine cabinets that I would supply. Five Star Bath Solutions did a great job on replacing our shower. They removed our old tub and shower and now we have a much larger and beautiful shower. It was installed in a day and we absolutely love it!
