If I could give zero stars I would. Beyond irate at this cleaners. Took in a very expensive cashmere sweater for dry cleaning. It wasn't ready on time, come to find out, they don't do in house dry cleaning, when it did show up, it was shrunk to half its size. It had clearly been either washed or had heat on it. The fabric was ruined. The owner kept insisting they could fix it, which obviously isn't the case. They kept it for several weeks, I'm assuming trying to do something with it, was still never ready when they said it was going to be. I used Evergreen Pro Cleaners for the first time and I had an amazing experience. I actually commuted 25 minutes to come to this cleaners specifically because they are a green cleaners. I brought a blazer and a coat to dry clean. The coat had some stains on the inside and they were able to remove them. When I received my items they were neatly packaging and my items felt and looked amazing. They stayed true to their turn around time and delivered on quality. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a green cleaner or a cleaners period to utilize them.

The team at Evergreen cleaners are always professional and courteous.
