Dr. Adams, McKenna, Jonah and the front desk staff are all very knowledgeable, personable and very helpful when we bring in our energetic young lab, Cooper. I know he's in good hands at Etowah Veterinary Hospital.
We had some issues understanding Oreo's vet records and Laurel was great communicating with us to get everything figured out and trimming the boys nails. Mandy was also wonderful in making sure we had both pups s hesuled together so we don't have to make multiple trips. And Dr. Adams was amazing with the puppies and our kids making them feel comfortable as this was their first time at a vet office.
The whole team at Etowah Veterinary Hospital is incredible! We saw a different local vet for several years, and my dog was terrified every visit. I often felt like the staff at that office was annoyed and impatient. A friend recommended Etowah a year ago, and we made the switch. What a huge difference! My dog still doesn’t like the vet, but everyone at Etowah is so patient and loving with him, spending well over an expected amount of time with him to help him feel as comfortable as possible. They even encourage fun visits between appointments, where I can bring my dog in for all love, no scary stethoscopes (my dramatic boy’s greatest fear). So glad we found this amazing...read full review
