I brought my laptop(busted screen) to Mo on Monday & he was able to have it back to me on Friday. Service was prompt, he was very professional and by the minor details I can tell he takes pride in what he does.This is not your average Tech location. This place is the real deal & I would 100% recommend to anyone. Satisfied customer. Will return if anything tech-related happens in the future. High gratitude.
EXCELLENT Experience! Moe was so knowledgeable, cost-conscious and quick to respond. I dropped off my laptop because it was screaming at me while I tried to work. Apparently the fan was in need of cleaning or replacement, I received back an excellent running machine. I don't know if he did some type of software updates or why my Lenovo is running so much faster but I'm grateful!!!! Also, my computer is no longer screeching at me!!! I can finally focus and work now :)

My fiancee referred me to Mr Mo Ibrahim in 2021 after she'd been using his Cyber-Tech Computers, Inc. services since 2019. Of course I trust her judgement and Mr. Ibrahim was very helpful. Since that first experience, Mo has exceeded my expectations. Mo's knowledge, skills, and equipment are excellent and his customer service is prompt. Most importantly, Mo has the ability to explain technology in simple terms; he's patient, supportive, and I can tell he has empathy... it's not sympathy... he truly can imagine accurately my experience as he's explaining and coaching user skills.
