I'm a couple of months late, but wanted to write a review for the amazing job the Clever Home team did on our extensive renovation. Due to a basement foundation water issue, we had to install a sump pump which required tearing out walls and flooring. Since there was already such a mess, we decided to install a basement bar/kitchenette, redo the basement bathroom, and redo the master bath. Karls was such a pleasure to work with and his entire team was so nice and respectful of our place. We were extremely pleased with the work and will be using him again in the future!!

I can't say enough good things about Karls and his team. They built a porch for us, in place of our deck, about a year ago and it has been the peaceful, beautiful place for us to come relax that we hoped for.He put in details that we didn't know to ask for, e.g. tons of electric outlets and flood lights, and is the only person we will be calling for future remodels.If you are searching for someone trustworthy, he's your guy.

Karls and his crew did a fabulous job renovating our master bathroom. We absolutely love it!!! I've already recommended him to my friends. It feels like we're in a luxurious hotel bathroom every time we walk in. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is excellent! Karls and his crew are very friendly and answered all our questions. Karls has great design ideas too! They did a great job covering and protecting the floors where the crew had to walk. He and his team were there for us every step of the way, and we couldn't be more happier. We will be calling Karls again to renovate our other two bathrooms.Services: Tile work replacement
