Brucker HVAC came to my rescue. Air Conditioner was completely shut down. I called Brucker HVAC at 8:00am for help. A few hours later, Jacob (aka Knight in Shining Armor) arrived. He immediately found the problem and for the next two hours, he worked diligently to completely repair the problem. During the repair service, he would take time to explain to me what he was doing. While fixing my issue, he also identified a deadly issue with the furnace vent. The vent had broken loose. If the heat had been used, the crawl space area would have filled with deadly gases. Brucker HVAC and their technician have saved my life TWICE! This is a fantastic group to have available.

Had the pleasure of working for Carl at Brucker HVAC today to set a new unit on a building. As a crane operator when I pull up to a site to make a lift I always try to make sure the area is clear and safe for me to set my crane up. Carl had the area blocked off and ready for me when I pulled in. These guys were very professional and helpful and had me in and out in record time.

I absolutely could not say enough awesome things about Brucker! They have almost become like family to us. Any issue that arises, they promptly fit us in and take care of it immediately. Debbie, Carl, Mike, Krystal are very helpful and will do anything to make their customers happy.
