Chris and his team are amazing. They came out and did a free roof inspection and were honest in letting us know that we still have a couple more years before we will need a roof replacement (which is rare). He recommended that we do a soft wash on the roof in the meantime and even recommended a great company for that service (which we used and were very satisfied with). When the time comes, we will certainly be calling Avalon for our roof replacement. I highly recommend them, especially for their honesty and integrity.

I had a great experience with having my roof replaced by the Avalon Restoration team. Ron Oliver was my main contact point who made the experience seamless, answered all my questions, and took the lead on handling the insurance claim process. They were all around just great people to work with who had my best interest in mind. The final product was top notch and I am very pleased with my new roof.
