was supposed to have service today. the window came and dint have a response until later when I was messaging him that I've tired to call several times and he said he was in ER. and he was T-boned. I understand things may happen, but someone else should have called. it worries me if Chuck is the only one that answers the phones. I tried 4 different numbers for this place each led to chucks voice-mail. that's when it became sketchy. they might have been in business for a while and have bbb. but when you can't get ahold of anyone when calling, how can I trust a 10 year warranty. I looked at other reviews and didn't see any of this prior and it's becoming a trend it seems.

1st appt- got a call saying to reschedule due to 2 flat tires. Rescheduled for a few weeks later only to have nobody call or show up. Tried to contact them & voicemail was full.
