I certainly would recommend American Rooter Services and specifically Valentin as a technician. I am a first time septic system owner and had Valentin use a camera to identify how the tank is oriented and was looking as I prepare to have the tank flushed. He explained everything very clearly and help me better understand the process. Ask for Valentin and you won’t be disappointed!
The best plumbers by far! Imagine spending most of 2020 caring for a parent in another state, you come home after a 16-hour drive, pull into the (attached) garage, step out and into 2 inches of water … Well, that happened to me. The polybutylene pipes in my house finally gave up while I was away. I called my home warranty company and hoped for the best – you never know who they’ll send out. Well, they ‘done good’ and sent Kristian and American Rooter Services to my rescue. Kristian and his crew are professional, experienced, responsive, and reasonable priced. They arrived on time, identified the problem spots, and explained my options. The best course was to replace all the evil poly pipes. I took a deep breath and asked about cost. Kristian walked through the house to identify the best access points, then quoted a price that was well within the range paid by neighbors. The crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, and showed me where they’d be working and how they’d get to the pipes. They explained that they would be cutting and removing sheetrock so it could be easily patched back in. It’s not the most time effective way to work, but it makes the restoration process much easier. (I’d seen what other plumbers had done in my neighbors’ homes – holes punched into walls willy-nilly in search of pipes.) Work was completed in a day – pipes removed & replaced, lines tested and retested, sheetrock set back into the walls, floors swept, and trash cleared. All that was left was patching and repainting. They quoted me a very fair price for finish work and sent Emil to wrap up. Emil seamlessly patched the walls and ceiling, painted, and cleaned up. All their work is guaranteed, and they are responsive to follow-up questions and concerns. American Rooter Services is my new go-to for all plumbing issues. Definitely five-star service.
