I wa do pleased when I found them. The PA, KRISTEN, is the best. She listened to me and treated me like she would her mother. That's what I was looking for. I will definitely stay with them as long as I am in Macon.

I never leave reviews, but contacting this office is frustrating. LOVE this practice and the NP that I see, but HATE that the schedulers are not actually in the office. I was contacted regarding rescheduling my appointment due to my provider not being in office. When I called back, I got someone that was not in the office and they had no clue what I was talking about. It was quite frustrating and confusing. I ended up not rescheduling and called back the next day, and again my call was answered by someone not in the office. Thankfully, he was much nicer and more helpful than the person I spoke with previously.
