“I had two wonderful nurses who were empathetic to my situation (car accident). One was a younger lady who checked me in and the second was also a younger lady who checked my vitals and got me in a room. When the doctor came in to see me came, she came in very loud and informal, though I was clearly upset from a recent accident. I felt like my reason to come and get checked out (just in case) was downplayed by her remarks and eye gestures. Overall, I was seen very quickly and was happy with my experience, apart from feeling slightly unjustified in my reason for originally going.“
