Dr. Groves and his professional, attentive staff ensure patients feel cared for throughout their journey, answering any questions and addressing concerns. Patients express great satisfaction with the surgeon's knowledge, skills, and bedside manner, as well as the exceptional care provided at Atrium Navicent Hospital. One patient, who had undergone failed reconstruction attempts, was able to regain a part of their life that they had believed was lost forever after a successful surgery with Dr. Groves. The office is described as a blessing, and the commute is deemed worth it for the exceptional results.
