We had an outstanding experience with Roto-Rooter, Eric who assisted us with our septic system. His professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, explaining each step of the process and ensuring that we understood what needed to be done. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Eric was awesome and extremely helpful. I called around 10 in the morning and he arrived and had my plumbing issues resolved by 1. Great customer service and would highly recommend.
Eric is a true professional!!!! I booked them to uninstall and replace my kitchen faucet and he was done in less than an hour. I will definitely book them again for all of my plumbing needs!
