My experience using Rickey Heath Plumbing has been wonderful!! I live in a rental and we had a water backup into the basement, a stopped up sink in the kitchen and a hot water leak in a bathroom due to control knobs being worn out and 2 other smaller plumbing issues, my landlord came out to see the issues as well, I called Rickey Heath plumbing with her approval. I was impressed from the moment I called because they said they could send someone the same day! , I then got a text message Thanking me for choosing them and a text message with a picture of Caleb Chapman, Technician who was assigned to my problem. Austin was very professional. He took time to explain what need to be done. He cleaned up all the old stuff and made sure everything worked well before leaving. I appreciate the prompt service that I received. Excellent company and great service. Thanks Austin!!!
The team at Ricky Heath were very responsive and punctual in running a gas line for us. Very professional and flexible in scheduling service. Tre was great to work with and he was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible!
