They were very helpful and professional. Nicole was pleasant and always available to answer questions and concerns. The facility atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable for my family to wait. I would definitely recommend them to others. Monica, Otto and other staff were very nice and polite during our encounter.

I want to take this time to express how Richard Robinson Funeral Home and your services made a positive impact on my family for the genuine care & compassion that was shown in many ways at a not so pleasant time in our lives. The home going celebration for our brother Melvin Williams far exceeded our expectations and I want to personally thank Nicole for being so kind and attentive to our needs. I don't have the capacity for a lot right now after losing my dad, but I want to publicly thank Richard R. Robinson's funeral home for their EXCEPTIONAL service. From start to finish they insured we were well taken care of. I want to commend them for making this an easy process. The staff was exceptional from all avenues. Not only did they ensure my father looked like a King (honey, they added beijing and gave my dad a line up..i haven't seen his head like that in 15 years, but he looked amazing lol), but they made my siblings and myself feel like royalty, throughout the entire process.
