“My experience using Rickey Heath Plumbing has been wonderful!! I live in a rental and we had a water backup into the basement, a stopped up sink in the kitchen and a hot water leak in a bathroom due to control knobs being worn out and 2 other smaller plumbing issues, my landlord came out to see the issues as well, I called Rickey Heath plumbing with her approval. I was impressed from the moment I called because they said they could send someone the same day! , I then got a text message Thanking me for choosing them and a text message with a picture of Caleb Chapman, Technician who was assigned to my problem. Caleb arrived with a teammate and they got right to work. I was so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The company as a whole exhibits excellent customer service, from the woman that answered the phone to the technician that did my repairs. Caleb Chapman is a great Technician and person, he had several projects to complete at my home and he did them all with a smile .. ps my Poodle loved him too?
